Eugene M. Waldron, Jr.

Eugene recently retired as Senior Vice President of Capital Guardian Trust Company. He has more than three decades of investment experience include employment at CS First Boston Asset Management, Fidelity Management Trust Company, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baker, Watts & Company.

He has been a Director of Bay National Corp. since June 1999 and served as Director of Bay National Bank since April 2000. Eugene is a former Chair of Mt. St. Mary's Board of Trustees and the Newton, Mass., Country Day School of the Sacred Heart's Endowment Committee.

Eugene is a member of St. Gregory the Great Church in Bluffton.
